Arrival information
Hoping that you have been able to make a hotel
reservation, we would like to explain you what
to do upon arrival.
Arrival on Monday 21:
If you come by car or by (airport)taxi may we ask you
first to check in at your hotel, before registering. If you come by
train you can either use a taxi or a city bus to go to your hotel.
Both are available in front of the railway station, (city buses
with an H can be used for free and the
"Boulevard shuttle bus" is interesting to go to the different hotels,
since it follows the "boulevard" (inner ring),
along which most hotels are situated (see
http://www.equadiff.be/maps/,maps
2 and 3). If you arrive between 14.00 and
20.00 you can wait at the entrance of the
railway station of Hasselt. People from the organization will regularly
pass by.
Arrival on 22, 23, 24 or 25:
If you come by car or by
(airport) taxi you can either first check in at your hotel or come
directly to the congress venue
("Grenslandhallen" at Hasselt in the morning and "Limburgs Universitair
Centrum" at Diepenbeek in the afternoon). (see

map 4). If you come by train you can either
use a taxi or a city bus. Both are available
in front of the railway station. (City buses with an H can be
used for free and the "Boulevard shuttle bus" is interesting to
go to the different hotels, since it follows the "boulevard" (inner

Bus H3 brings you for free to the "Grenslandhallen". You
can use bus 45 (1,00 euro) to go to the "Limburgs Universitair Centrum",
passing close to the "Grenslandhallen". (A
special pass to use bus 45 for free will be distributed at the
registration desk).
Registration
Registration on Monday 21 is in Hasselt at the "Holiday
Inn" (see
http://www.equadiff.be/maps/,
map 3) between 14.00-20.00.
Registration on Tuesday 22 is also in Hasselt at the
"Grenslandhallen" (see
http://www.equadiff.be/maps/,map
4) between 8.00 - 12.30).
The opening session starts on Tuesday at 8.45 in the
"Grenslandhallen".
There are many buses going from the centre of Hasselt to
the "Grenslandhallen" (H3, 45, all for free if
you use your special pass on the 45). There is
also a special bus for equadiff leaving the
"Dusart plein" (see
http://www.equadiff.be/maps/,
map 2) at 8.15. The special bus does not suffice for the totality
of participants. It may be available a second time
at 8.30 (to avoid).
