Reduced fees and student rooms


We can offer the use of a student room combined with a reduced fee to students and to participants of less favoured countries. The student rooms are situated either approximately at midway in between the center of Hasselt and the university campus, in the neigbourhood of the "Grenslandhallen" where the plenary talks are scheduled or close to the main building of the university, where the rest of the conference takes place. The rooms are equipped with shower, the necessary bed linen is provided and there is a kitchen facility present in the building. The reduced fee, including housing is 275 euro.
